Our Journey Together Starts Here
At Shall We Therapy, I offer warm, grounded, trauma-responsive psychotherapy that honors your pace, your lived experience, and the ecosystem you move through. My work is rooted in finding ways in which to have healthy relationships with the land, the communities in which we live, and with ourselves.
I specialize in neurodivergent-affirming care, supporting clients as they unmask, heal patterns, and reconnect with their sense of inner knowing. Therapy sessions integrate the natural environment in which you live, literally meeting you where you are. My therapeutic approach blends person-centered, existential, and somatic elements, with attention to sensory needs, attachment, identity, and the ways in which social systems shape our wellbeing.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, disconnection, big life transitions, experiencing burnout, or simply seeking space to explore who you are becoming, therapy with me is collaborative, paced to your comfort, and deeply attuned to your needs. My therapeutic partner, Luna the chihuahua, is available to assist in our process if you are curious about exploring the benefits of animal-assisted therapy.
Accessibility is a core part of my practice philosophy. Together we will work together to find a natural space near your home that feels comfortable and accessible to you in which we will meet for our sessions. I able able to travel up to 30 minutes outside of Denver in any direction. If you are interested in virtual telehealth services, I am able to accommodate that as well.
